[Abstract]INTRODUCTION Schwannoma is one of the most common tumor in the lumbar spinal canal, and MRI is the most common and reliable procedure for localizing a mass within the spinal canal. Though uncommon, a mobile spinal cord tumor is worth some consideration, because of the possible discrepancy between MRI and surgical location of the tumor.
